Phoenix Repticon this weekend & Bill's photo workshop...

Pragmatic & Logical
It will be the first Repticon show for Phoenix. Bill will be presenting an interactive photo workshop - bring your camera! Here is his FB post about it:

I look forward to seeing some aspiring shutterbugs at my Herp Photography talk during the show. My goal in sharing my experiences behind the lens is to see some young photographers be inspired and take the art of 'shooting' herps to levels beyond anything I've ever accomplished. I hope someone attending my presentation this weekend ends up passing the same torch decades down the road.

I would love to meet you Kathy. One of these days, I will make to AZ. I always tell Christen I am going to come crash her lake parties.

I take it that you didn't make it to the herp society meeting last weekend in Albuquerque? Bill gave both a PowerPoint herp photo presentation and also a similar workshop there for the herp society. I think part was at the zoo there, and part was at a local restaurant. He said about 40 people attended the PowerPoint show and they seemed to like it.

Wow, I didn't even know we had one. I have done searches but I am not very good at it. I would of loved to attend that. I know a couple that her husband works at the Zoo here. They take their corns to see the Reptile guy there.

But I am going to look in the herp society. It will give me something to do with more of my time.

I have only met a few members from Albuquerque on here. I did actually meet a new member that just got into corns. I always tell people to come here and check it out when they become new corn owners. My husband works for a mom and pop pet store here. He tells them to come here as well.

Thanks for the link. I will also share on my facebook!
