My Okeetee Hatch

My Okeetee Abbotts just hatched. I planned a little experiment by holding a tight control on the egg temperature. They took 54 days for both clutches of eggs at a temperature of 88 F. Temperature varied + .3/- .2 tenth for about 98% of the time. The thermometer used was certified/calibrated and had a thermocouple wire wraped arround the thermometer bulb to record the temperature variations and was placed in the container holding the eggs.
All 29 little guys and girls are doing fine.
