Now this is an anery!

SO...BEAUTIFUL!! i wants :crazy02:

May be a stupid question but do all anerys have that yellow colouring as they get older? I'm one of the ones who doesn't like the yellow. I would love to get my husband an anery in future as he wants a more 'manly, darker coloured snake' than my little baby butter. But I really don't want the yellow mixed in with those gorgeous shades of grey & black.

well, you get what you get :) if you want less yellow, go for anery type b, or charcole- also there are lots of morphs you can look at here at:
http://iansvivarium.com/morphs/species/elaphe_guttata/
have fun :)

my little striped anery has no yellow on her.. yet.. i hope it stays that way! if not no worries i would just like her to stay so cute!

Someone recently made a thread very similar to this one. Here is a link to it.

I think this forum would benefit from a subforum with different threads all dedicated to showcasing pictures of specific corn snake morphs. It's nice to be able to go to a thread and just brows through all the different pictures of one morph. You really can get a good idea for the variation possible in different morphs, and it is the best education you can give yourself for visually IDing morphs.

thanks for the link! i compleatly agree with that idea- problem is there are SO many- mabe do the original class, then in each do a sub forum combo? who knows :crazy02:

Bought this guy as a charcoal, not really sure of the differences between charcoal and anery though:shrugs:

Here's Stig, my awesome stripe buddy.

Here's my favorite pic of him, just chilling with my fabric.

And the humidifier was off, he just decided it was a good place to sit and watch the road.

Unfortunately, these are from my cell. Once I figure out how to properly resize pic's from my Nikon, I'll post better photos.

First pic shows a mixed group including a snow, a platinum and a blue motley

second pic shows same mixed group

third pic shows platinum

fourth pic is terrible (cell phone snap of one of my snakes stretching away from me trying to get to the counter) but shows the lovely blue of Blu, my dilute(?) anery motley

and Ghost Stripe
