I have a non feeder baby right now that I have tried a few things with, unsuccessfully. Maybe I will roll a pink in my ratties bedding and see it that works.

Thisis actually an old trick. Deer mice litter works for hatchling corns (more often than rat litter does), and it works AMAZINGLY well for for picky Lampropeltis that are large enough to eat pinks out-the-egg. I have kept deer mice since the mid-90's for this purpose, but I haven't actually used a baby deer mouse for food at least since 1998 or so. Very little need for that.
