Rescued Bunny

Do you know if the infection was going on too long or not? I know that if it's not been treated for a long time the head tilt can become permanent. Do you know if your little bunny's is temporary or not?

She has had the infection for about 8 weeks. She may have a permanent head tilt but it won't be as severe as it is now and she will be able to get around.

That is great news about her. Keep us posted on her improvement. Aaah Baytril the most magical veterinarian medicine. It works great for infections.

How's she doing? I hope the meds are helping!!

She is about the same. She still rolls and flips and her head is still tilted. We are going to start her on a new medicine on the 27 but I talked to some people who have had rabbits with this and it can take months to get better. One rabbit took 6 months to get better.
