Right Decision?

Alright, I'm going to upfrontedly admit that I just skimmed the other posts, but I am just going to share my opinion.(and i rooted around alot to find one of these pics..lol)

First off, I really hope you do get a corn. I got my first because I was afraid of snakes. My first corn was Draco, a loverly snow corn....almost like a blizzard, not really... :)....this was him then (bad camera)...

For the first six months i don't think i touched him more than a dozen times, the one day, I decided I wasn't going to have a pet that I couldn't at least handle and just picked him up and nothing horrible happened!

Now, I have 3 corns, a Brazilian Rainbow Boa and a Ball Python, and picked up a tokay gecko along the way.

Each have their own personalities. Draco is kinda a hermit. Doesn't come out unless I make him, but I love him anyway. Severus is my puppy dog, he'll come out to see what I'm doing any time I'm near the cages. Clarice is my youngest corn and she is a spitfire, she rattles and hisses, but she's all show.

I'm not completely over my fear, but I love my snakes and would never give them up.

this is draco now
