Snake prices

WOW those prices are so good, at all the pet stores iv been to here in Canada snakes are soooooo expensive. A normal corn would go for $89-129 depending on the store. Anything more then a normal like a amel, anery, snow, ghost, will run you $129 plus tax. I breed corn snakes and sell them to petstores for $50/snow, $60/ amels. Its the pet store that jacks the price so high noone in their right mind would buy one. But they do, I went to a pet store at St. Laurent shopping mall and a Okeete was $229 for a hatchling. Thats just crazy. The pet store I usally go to had a Striped Normal Corn for $230, my boss bought her so I could breed her. She's 3 yrs old. The worst thing about the petstores is that no one that works there knows anything about snakes, or anyother reptile they sell. When I was last at the pet store I over hurd one of the sales people say that hatchlings eat crickets for the first yr. I had to interupt and tell the person that that was soo wrong. Their snake would end up dying. It turned out that the person ended up buying one of my snakes instead, for half the price.

$229 for an Okeetee? Glad I don't have to buy my snakes up there!
