Dean, I have a grown friend who still gets wigged by the flying monkeys.
R.I.P. Bob Ross.
Who was the other painter on PBS, he was an older gentleman, the show aired in the 80's. He used to paint with a huge 5 inch brush and a spatula? He would have these huge mountain scapes in the background, and would always say beautiful as he painted.
Gosh, I remember his technique to this day. He would paint the canvas with White first, with the large brush. And then come down with the Blue next for the sky. Then start to add the mountains with the spatula.
They're cute, _and_ they resemble hemipenes!
Awwwwwwww!I nominate pygmy seahorses for the next d-t-i-m-a.

I remember that gentleman, and that show, too. Have been googling and can't find him. But I bet I can. I have friends that work at Louisiana Public Broadcasting who'd probably remember him.I remember that show, But I don't remember his name.
Thank you Mindy. The southern memory and mamaw's house should never be underestimated. His name is Bob Ross and the show was The Joy of Painting. I grew up watching it at my Mamaw's house.
