Rich has his points locked at 100. You can rep him all you want, but it doesn't add to his count. The majority of my rep points are legitimate thank yous for information given, not the use of rep points as faster private messaging which has become the norm.
 
I don't think I have ever received a rep point as a form of messaging. I think everyone is making a big deal out of nothing. It's ok to laugh a little from time to time.

Wow. You are a popular lady Nanci! I normally get repped as an appreciation for a pleasant comment, or one of those rare times that I submit a well versed and intellectual post. I can't remember ever "being talked" to via the rep system. Is there a fault with the PM system that I'm unaware of?
