Sunglow ???

Thanks a lot to your replies. I think the best way to make sure its morph
is to bring it back, take more clear pics, and breed. Really grateful to the
answers, they're very helpful. :D

I'd call it a sunglow, but I'm not very experienced with sunglows. I wouldn't call it a perfect sunglow though...as there are a few pieces of white here and there. But it certainly has much reduced white on it.

I don't think you can really 'prove' sunglow through breeding as it's a selectively bred trait not governed by your usual dom and recessive alleles. If you breed it to a good sunglow you might end up with some more good sunglows...but nothings guaranteed. Breed it to a normal amel and most likely more white will show up on the offspring.

Personally, I think that is a fantastic looking amel corn, wjhats the point of me trying to figure what to label a blazing amel for now?

I was always told that sunglows are selectively bred amels for super bright colors and as little white as possible. I've heard many discussions about them, and regardless of what you define them as, they are beautiful animals. I have a couple myself right now. Tess, and one of her offspring from last season, Pepito (formerly #13).
