I agree with Plan A and maybe it would be nice to add to it so that when the original lollies are gone, we can start over with the last person in the US swapping again with the last person in the UK...

or something

Plan A sounds great to me! So since I haven't sent mine yet, does that mean I'll just wait for the box to get to me, drop mine in, and then send them on?
 
Plan A! And yes, once the bag of lollies get to me, I can add some of my favorites and pass the bag along.

Just thinking ahead, we will need a list with names and addresses of participants. The list could be put together by the international collectors (Lori, Elle, McKenna and Sue) and included in the bag of lollies. Once we receive the bag, we cross our name out and send the bag to the person that follows.

Every person on the list should acknowledge on this thread the receiving of the bag and give heads up when it is shipped to the next person.

Don't forget to take fun pictures!!! :D
 
I was just thinking that! I know I have been running around like a headless chicken recently. But I can send My bunch of lollies off next weekend if everyone else is ready?

I have not sent any, sorry! I guess I wasn't sure if we knew what we were doing yet.
I'll just send them to McKenna, and I'll find out later, lol.
 
Yup- I can get them to Sue whenever. I have Robbie's already and I've bought 2 bags of other kinds- I can wait for others to get here or send them off right away-

I'm just waiting for the go ahead from you guys!
 
Sorry I lagged guys. I was getting ready to send then came plan A, and then I was under the impression we were waiting for a box to come around to us.. Or does that mean I'm a US donator for when the stuff gets back?

I'm confused too...

I thought that what was going to happen was that I just send off lollies to Sue and Lori sends off some to Elle and vice versa and then once I receive them from Sue, I take out a couple and pass the bag on to somebody else in the US, the next person takes out a couple and passes them to somebody else in the US until they're all gone- and then... I don't know...

I don't mind collecting from a bunch of people and then sending them off... I just still don't know quite what Elle had in mind in regards to collecting lollies or what...

J/K. I most recently thought that there was a batch going to Europe, and a batch coming from Europe. Then when ours arrives, we would send it out to each address and those who didn't yet donate (since the pool of donators in Europe was smaller) would drop some (one?) in before taking one (some?) out..

But I'm not really sure.
 
Yeah...I am a bit confused....
First I thought I was going to send them out to the collector..then I thought we had to wait and get a head count...
then I thought we were going to get a PM, as to when we were going to send them out...
I don't know..
I have them..just let me know what to do..
I haven't been reading up with this..as I thought I'd get a PM..

I like the idea of collecting a bunch, me and lori sending them off to the UK and vice versa.

When I get them from Sue, I will send them to Robbie, who can send them to somebody else from the US until they run out. Once they run out, we can talk about starting again and work out any bugs that may have occured in the first run around.

Or if Lori, Sue or Elle are worried about collecting and shipping all that (shipping a heavy box internationally), the four of us can just swap our bags (and Robbies that he already sent to me) between the US and UK and start passing them around our countries. When they run out, the last person can send another of their own bags out to the other country...

Just a thought

I think Tom mentioned just adding more when he gets the bag from the UK but if we do that, then, people will end up with US lollies in the US instead of getting to try the UK's tasty sweets!!!

Right, I have some help with the organization of this so once we sort out the final plan ill post it up and see what everyone thinks :)

Sorry this hasn't went smoothly guys, what with Christmas and all that jazz... oh and the fact I am probably the worst person in the world to collaborate with ;)
