Turkey cooking tip...

Pragmatic & Logical
A lot of you probably already know this. But for those who haven't already cooked a really tender, moist turkey - buy those turkey sized cooking bags! You would amazed how easy it is to make the best turkey you ever tasted using this method.

I did this a couple years ago for the first time, they are so good and moist. I know a lot of people like deep fried turkey, give me a good oven roasted turkey anytime.
I am learning about pressure canning and I think the leftover meat can be pressure canned for later use. Has anyone tried this?

I know my brother and sister in law are planning on pressure canning several turkeys in the next few months. But I've never done it before or tasted it.
