My second snake ever has turned 23. So for her birthday I revamped her tank. She seems to love it and there is lots for her to play with.

She is on regurge protocol. Not sure why she did it. But since I started the protocol everything is going well with her thankfully and it hasn't happened since.

I named her Una after the fairy in the movie The Legend.

Her tank is a 55 gallon. I figured she needed lots of room to sprawl and explore.

Una, still going. She'll be 25 this year. Sometimes she goes off her food for extended periods of time. Sometimes she eats like I never feed her. I can't seem to keep the weight on her though and she doesn't come out as often as she used to. Not sure how long she's going to be around for, thought I lost her this winter. But she's still here.

Thanks everyone. It's been nice to have her around this long. I don't know what I'll do when I lose her. I hope she has a few more years in her. I mostly leave her alone now. She has a bit of a tremble when she's handled. When she goes off her food for weeks at a time it freaks me out. But I know she's lived a long and I hope happy life.

What a beautiful, precious girl. I'm sorry I didn't see your post sooner, but thanks for sharing her! She's amazing.

A 25 years old cornsnake is like a 100 years old human.
20 years old is like a 80 year old human.
Most cornsnakes should become at least 15 years old, as a 60 year old human.
It is a shame when cornsnakes get old att age 10.
