Update on new girl (rainbow boa)

Here are some brand new pictures of Willow, my baby rainbow boa. She's just shed so she looks great at the moment. And I got the iridescence!!

She's a violent little thing tho when she gets hungry. She practically lunged at me on Tuesday and she's already tagged me on the thumb :crazy02:

Thanks guys! I am really pleased with her. I'm hoping to see some serious growth over the next few months; prior to my attaining her she was fed on tiny pinkie mice which were WAY too small for her.

In a previous thread we debated that. No one really agreed in the end, I figured Columbian based on the pattern, others said maybe not because of the base colour being to light and pattern to dark. It's either a very nice coloured columbian or possibly a columbian crossed with some other sub-species. Definitely not a the Brazilian it was sold as. In the end Plissken decided to just call it a Rainbow Boa and be happy with having an amazingly cool looking snake.

Not sure - probably colombian, but first time around I posted her pics nobody was sure what she was so I'm saying rainbow until she grows up a bit and reveals herself, lol...

I think she cost around (equivalent of) $200. Bear in mind you can probably get something like her cheaper, but I fell in love with her... the price wasn't terribly important.
She's a tad nippy, but she is a darling little thing. If you want one, I'd recommend them.

Yeah, she looks pretty Brown in the pictures so she could be Columbian. But then again she might a different locality all together as well.
From all the young Brazilians I have seen, they have been more Redish in color.
