Murder Serpent

So I got this snow corn snake from a friend who couldn't take care of it.

Turns out it is a she and she lays a bunch of tiny duds, retains a few btw. I massage the remaining out andI think I was to rough. After she swells and skabs up. Shes eating fine and the swelling has gone away a little and she is passing feces fine...So I guess my question is to you think she will be able to breed in the future or is this injury too bad?

oh dear your poor girl, that does look sore. I don't know enough to give advice on whether she'd be able to breed again, but I hazard a guess that if it's not dealt with now then it would more than likely cause future problems and not just with breeding. I would take a trip to the vet, then they can have a look and perhaps prescribe something if it's infected or advise you in the best way. (make sure you take her to a good reptile vet, they're hard to come by but so much better I think).
Hopefully somebody on here will be able to give you some more advise on this matter, until then good luck and I hope she makes a full recovery. :)
