i´m incubating in aquarium, has you can see its not lack of moisture
so what do you think? today 25 days is past on incubator

do not know why the photos smaller, but if you look and there are eggs that are shriveled inside (has a red arrow pointing) is now 25 days of incubation, I do not think is normal with only 25 days as you can see lack Humidity also is not

In my humble opinion, although it has been almost 30 years since I hatched any snake eggs,...that egg looks fine, although slightly dry.
Maybe dribble a little water directly into the medium that you have your eggs in. Not directly on any eggs, but near any egg that appears a little dented.

Remember, in the wild, seasonal rainfall naturally wets snake, lizard, and turtle eggs down, from time to time.
 
If it continues to deflate despite added moisture then it may just be a bad egg. We lost one so far and we are so close to day 40 lol. Otherwise, I think they look great!
