I would keep their main diet mice. I have given my corns rats and quail chicks and they love 'em. There's nothing wrong with giving them a little variety as long as it's just once in a while. I've heard some snakes go off mice when they taste something they like better, but I can't imagine a well established eating corn snake refusing it's mouse.
