I know I noticed a "dip", this spring, before the incident that didn't seem like much at the time, but I still worry so much! I had not noticed much before then though, after I got her I studied her and I couldn't detect anything.
It is possible, you seemed to notice something right off.
She won't be bred, but her brother Voldemort has a nice non related mate.

Yep, that "dip" was what I described to you when she was a neonate. I saw that dip in other lavs as we'll. I'm not breeding anymore, but you've seen enough to know why the lavs started worrying me. Some are seemingly without problems, while others have a number of issues. Hopefully extensive outcrossing will correct the issues (and not spread them!).
 
Her brother is completely normal as far as I can tell. And his future mate is a normal het for lav, hypo and diffused from CCCorns.
Yes, I can see that there may be issues...
