Well after glancing over this thread very sparingly...all I can say is...

Pandas are adorable! Obama is an okay president in my opinion (but opinions can always change based on actions), Everyone is entitled to their own opinions about anything and everything (thus why we live in a free country) (well..for the US members anyway..)..I like the hawk picture!, David seemed to be taking quite a few steps back at some points in here but at the same time he did prove some valid points, jedi squirrels are awesome!!, Mods are NOT our babysitters and we should not look at them as such..and finally...if there is to be a new mod election..I would like to nominate myself.. Okay I think that covered most of this thread..lol

Susan, have you seen the location that I live? Look to the left side of the screen it says "Location: Orange Grove, TX". Why do you think they named it Orange Grove? And besides, we all know that the only area of the US that produces quality citrus is South Texas. :poke: I practically grew up in citrus trees.
That piece of fruit was no quality navel orange, that is for sure. If you would like to see a pic of quality citrus, I will be glad to take some once things rippen up down south. It is still a month or two away before the first fruits are to be picked. :nyah:

Seriously, though - I wonder what percentage of the orange trees grown in the US are on root stock produced in south Texas. It HAS to be a large percentage, don't you think?

I was at the store yesterday evening, went to the produce aisle and examined the bags of puny little navel oranges. They were from Southern California. Makes perfect sense now!

I'm actually using that image in a lecture soon. I am comparing similarities between non-human primates and humans...and I slipped in that image onto a slide for comic relief.

Heck, i would to! but, i don't think it would go very good for either of us, and i am making that conclusion from the "election" of Jeff Mohr.

But, every election must have competition or it is not an election!!
 
I really don't see why it would not go good for me. I believe myself to be a good member of this forum and have never criticized or insulted anyone on here. I do have friends on here even if I don't talk to them as much as I should. I have been a member here for almost 3 years and always am ready and willing to help a member out whether they be old or new..I am glad Jeff got the position in the last election as he did deserve it as much as anyone else..maybe more so..but with a new election comes new chances, and everyone deserves the chance to at least try. And that is all I can do :)

Yeah, I have heard Lenny is voting for some nasty cow with a really bad temper who is biased and holds grudges for years!!! Can you believe that?
