Where does the money...

I think what Rich means is that it would be an insane amount of work with not a lot of return. He is retired, after all. Most people try to avoid work once they've retired :p
 
I believe something like the Zazzle store or cafepress, you make a design and upload it. Set up a store, and when someone orders it comes from wherever they are made, to the person who ordered, and Rich would get a cut.
If we had any members with some design talent, we could do a little drive to pick some designs. The set up on those is pretty easy, it doesn't require work really after its set up, and you don't have to manage the orders from what I understand. Might be worth looking into.
 
I'll have to talk to my buddies who have those sort of shops to see how much upkeep there actually is. Perhaps a group of well-trusted members could take on the store, that way it isn't all on Rich?
 
I would certainly fork out for CS.COM merchandise! Mousemats, t-shirts, mugs would all be great ideas IMO
