Well it's been 54 days and our eggs have started to hatch. They were not due to hatch until next week but I am not going to complain. I don't know how we are supposed to go to work tomorrow with all this excitement and anticipation.

Congrats on some lovely pippies! This is the second post about early pippies...HMMM...I'm thinking everyone should watch for early pippies this year. Last year seemed to be the year for late pippies, so it would stand to reason there could be one for early pippies. I know I'll be checking my clutches more frequently and earlier than usual!

Well we are up to 5 hatchlings, 7 pips and still 5 eggs that we can't see. Not to bad so far. Out of 24 eggs, 4 were slugs, lost 2 that we can see during incubation and one that was egg bound and had to be deflated.

Thats awesome. I would have never guessed you had that many eggs in there. ;) Are they all normals so far?
