Just wanted to let you know that both babies ate like pros! They both took the pinks before we could even get the lids on the cups.

Well, where exactly in Arkansas are you from? We moved around a lot as I was growing up, my father was a Chemical Engineer---Florida, Kentucky. My mother's mother was from Natchitoches, Cane River Country; mother's father from the Webster-Claiborne Parish area. Grandfather lives in Springhill, spent all my childhood summers there. My fathers people are from the Alto/Mangham/Rayville area in Richland Parish.

Hey, no problem! I know if I were a woman with a newborn, I would be just... I can't even think of a word to use! Looking at my beautiful, precious little treasure all wired up in an incubation box, not being able to hold him and kiss him and listen to his adorable baby sounds... You are a trooper, Min! And thank God your little one blossomed into the happy child he is! It truly is a miracle. Some babies in his condition would not ever have made it home. You both were truly blessed! Awwwh, this makes me misty.

Scooter? LOL, that's so cute!
My youngest son was only five weeks early, but fortunately did not have to go to the NICU. He's a little behind in speech, but that's it.
So you have two sons? Me, too. However, I'm almost twice your age! I feel like I'm raising grandchildren.
