  • Fried turkey? OMG, if that doesn't intice his appetite, what will?
Good luck with him, Rich. My little rosy came from Dean and she gave me nervous fits, but it ended up being a good lesson in patience for me...which is definitely not one of my "gifts." :p
LMAO! I think only in some countries!

My little rosy is loving her chicken scented fuzzies. I don't know if I told you this last time, but I got that roaster chicken at the store, took off the skin and cut it into 1" pieces and flash froze them, then stuck them in a ziplock. MUCH nicer to deal with than the former pieces of anole I'd used in the past. Yuck! Also much easier than dealing with live mice. I'm so happy to be done with THAT! I'm still dealing with the mouse smell in my room. blah.
Now, don't get me wrong about the Rated R thing... I'm not a prude and have used that language on occasion. LOL. I just don't like the idea that the "F-bomb" be dropped every other word while playing vid games around kids OR letting them play them. When they reach the age when they are responsible for what they're saying, then by all means (an age that means they're OUT of my house... :) ). Lately, it has been nothing but trash talk the whole game.

Now, I liked "Gears of War". That was fun and there were only a few places where the language was "overdone". But it didn't make up the whole game. LOL.
LOL. I was gonna say, DRAGON AGE has got to be a great game. Have you played their previous "incarnations"? I'm talking about "Baldur's Gate" or "Icewind Dale". AWESOME games that I still have. THOSE were great games. :)
Yeah... I'd love to!!! I'm hoping that the "dorm" girls get one THIS Christmas that I can "use" in the house while they're at school or late at night. :)

They've got a PS3 that I can't find any good games that don't have too much swearing and all. Seems like EVERYTHING has to have rated R language in it nowadays...
Thanks. It will eventually. But MM makes everything better in the meantime. ;)
I'm ready to drown my sorrows, and I have many today. I think I'll join you in that M&C. Hope your day goes much better than mine, my friend.
Good luck with it. I would seriously try some garlic, too. It didn't occur to me before, but garlic is frequently recommended for medicating fish and meds that they won't otherwise consume. At this point, nothing can hurt, right?

I have to take the fry trick or treating tonight. Joy. Is it too early for cocktails?? ;)
Not in the hospital at all. Went back to the doc and he put me on higher steroids, so that's helping tremendously.

I have that little rosy boa that has always been a bit of a pita. She would take live, but refused f/t. The other day I was eating garlic/herb roaster chicken for dinner. I washed my hands but she still must have smelled it on me and tagged me a few dozen times. I thawed a fuzzy, rubbed a piece of the chicken skin all over it, and she devoured it within seconds. Try it. The greasier, the better, apparently. Good luck, I really would hate to see you lose the little cutie.
Thanks for the birthday wishes, Rich. How are things in your world? how's the non-feeder? Any success?
Thanks Rich, it's the only way we get to "Talk" to our friends and let them know we think of them.
