I am breeding Tesseras for the second year. This year I have a pairing 1.0 Tessera het. Anery Amel Motley X Ghost MotleyxStriped het. Amel.

The result was
2 Tessera Anery
1 Tessera
3 Tessera (Motley?)
6 Anery Motley
1 Amel
1 Snow
1 Classic Motley
3 Classic

I want you to show the (in my opinion) 3 Tessera Motleys. They are all female. What do the experts think about?

The other Tesseras are more or less checkering and the shown has plain bellies. I hope for your answering.

Here's a pair that I hatched this year that I believe are Motley Tesseras. I had some others in the clutch that were "typical looking" Motley patterned animals. Again I'm just going by pics of other Motley Tesseras. Notice that they also have thin black borders around the blotches.

Steve it is so hard to figure out what is what. I know somewhere in my collection there are a few Motley Tesseras...I just don't know which one is which :shrugs:

Yep, sure enough. Those are striped/motley striped Tessera corns. The clean sides are the big clue. Those are AWESOME animals.

My first Ghost Tesseras!

Breeding: Tessera het Ghost x Hypo Bloodred het Anery PS.

I love the crazy patterns on the Tesseras from this clutch.
