I know this is a DEAD thread during the playoffs... but it shouldn't be!!!

Matt... you see our 'boys so far (hope I don't jinx anything)!!!!! WHOOOO HOOOOO!!!!!

sorry bout your Bengals, Darcey....

The Jets proved why they're a legit playoff team. Rex Ryan deserves a lot of credit for Mark Sanchez' maturation as well, because he has been playing much more poised since Ryan became more involved in the offensive game planning.

The Cowboys are looking SCARY! I never thought that they'd make such a drastic turnaround, but they're looking like they could go really deep. I mean, SB champion deep.

You know... I kinda agree... but they've been known for their "which team is gonna show up" problem... so I'm happy, but not getting "beyond myself" with it. LOL.

Jets... they look good... but I can't BELIEVE that Cincy came crashing to the ground like that. I predicted it (based on how badly they played last week), but I dunno... I thought Carson would definitely play BETTER...

I would like to blame Larry Johnson for Cincy's collapse. ;) I didn't mind him in KC, and I still don't. I just wanted to point that out. LOL

Although I used to be an Eagles fan (Back in the days of Herschel Walker and Randall Cunningham), I'm glad to see Dallas lay a whooping on them. :)

But you're a Cowboys fan by nature, so you kind of have to have a superstitious/cautiously optimistic approach to it. I'm the same way with the Ravens. I never feel too great, even when we blow teams out, because I'm well aware of our flaws.

But unbiasedly, I've been looking at "which team is gonna show up", and the Cowboys have really proved to show up like champs as of late. I'm scared for their opponents.

Carson looks to be a little injured, but he is really over-rated. They probably could have won that game with Sanchez at QB. The defense started off fairly tough, but went out the window as the offense struggled. And by offense, I mean Palmer. He really blew it for the team today, and I'm starting to wonder if he's "the guy" that can lead them to a ring. Just my thoughts...

Holy Cow!!! Felix "the cat" Jones, 70yd TD run. I don't want to be a prisoner of the moment, but the Cowboys are looking scarier and scarier the more I watch!

That's because they FINALLY started running the ball the way WE have said ALL SEASON LONG!!!!!

BUT, I'm still ONLY "cautiously optimistic". LOL.

Now WHY would Jenkins do that???? Great play recently... but THAT was pretty dumb.
Great play by Sensabaugh (sp?). I love it when DB's do that.

Amen to that! Romo has certainly matured as a QB, and the defense is playing like one of the best in the league, but the run game has made all the difference.

Well, 3 and out for the Eagles...

REVENGE for the SPANKING the Eagles gave us to knock us out of the playoffs a couple of years ago. They just gotta keep it going. PLEASE let them keep it going. :)

Thanks :)! And heck yeah, I'm watching the Cards. I really thought that the Packers would come out strong, but this is a lesson that seems to be proving right... again. The Regular Season Cardinals and the Post Season Cardinals are two very different teams.

I thought that Rogers-Cromartie was out too, so that impacted who I thought would win. He's incredibly talented. Darrelle Revis is by far the best, and most promising corner in the league. But Rogers-Cromartie is right up there, and is even more athletic than Revis. I see a little Deon Sanders in him!

LOL. I'm talking about what you said that I bolded... Are you sure you're not a "closet" Cowboy fan??? LOL :poke:

I think things are well in hand... as long as they "trade scores" AZ should be fine. AZ gets the ball first (I think) and then here we go!!! I just need to say, one could not have SCRIPTED such a great beginning for the Cards... Now they just gotta hold on to it. GB hasn't shown that they can stop the Cards either... but we'll see what kind of adjustments they make at half-time.

I'm with Heather!

GO CARDS!!! GO KURT!!!!! WHOOOO HOOOOO!!!!!!

31-10 right now, GB getting their butt's kicked...it's AWESOME!! Hopefully I get to go to work tomorrow and hear everyone complaining about the packer's loss.

Green Bay is playing VERY aggressively. If they can capitalize with a score, bringing it to a one possession game, they'll have a good shot at a comeback. I also think that a GB score here will make their D really scary on the Cardinals next possession.

Alright, I've heard enough of that positive thinking out of you! (or negative thinking in my case) :p
