Bought TONS of new things! Including another corn!

how am I being impulsive! I have been wanting a snake for months! and I have been cleaning the house and everything so I could get her. and I have talked to my dad about getting different tanks untill they are older and I want them to breed. I. Am. Not. a child who dosnt care for there animals!

No you are a child who refuses to listen to people who have more experience then you. Every thread you have started has turned into people trying to help you and explain things to you and everyone you have done as you please. Too hot, bad thermometer, live food (why live pinkies, they've been eating frozen keep giving them frozen)...the list goes on in two days you have started more threads then most people start in a month or more. Questions are always welcome but it always help to read the stickies and listen to advice.

oh my god I dont know if it a lavender or opal but he looks like one! and im not a troll like I said! idk what a troll is! I came here so I could see what corn snakes were like before buying one. IM ONLY 13! Im not a corn snake "expert" like you

I'm not an expert, but first pictures would help and saying you have some high ended corns "opal or lavender". You probably have an amel and a snow.

Also you fed your snake already you shouldn't even have held it if you are really trying to do the right thing by both snakes now. These are not toys. You have been given advice by people who are passionate about this hobby, not experts, because at this point I doubt an expert would waste their time helping you. There are stickies at the top of some sub-forums that have advice from the experts, not that it seems you would listen.
Do us all a favor and read the protocol in the stickies unde health written by Kathy Love on regurging, if you keep up the way you are you will need this.

How you can have a Lavender OR an Opal, they both look totally different :shrugs:

By the way, did you read the thread I linked for you, if so what did you think of it?

Susan, chill.
What we want to do here is fix what he is doing wrong, and not attack him and scare him away.
SnakeNewbie, please do what is best for your snakes. Do some research on their care, change your set-up for the both of them and everything will be fine. The snakes will be happy, I can assure you that.

ok i looked at the forum and my new snake is a pink snow. IM sorry I got the morphs mixed up. and yeah i looked at that thread. it was something i really didnt need to see

Of corse not! I love my snakes! I wouldnt want something like that to happen and I even asked my dad to get me a new tank but he insists on keeping them together. I also told him about the un wanted breeding and he was all like 'they wont breed unless the cage is in perfect conditions"

Maybe your Dad needs to read the books, I'm saying this in the kindest way. Your Dad is ill advised unless his last name is Zuchkowski, Love, Sodaberg or Mohr or any of the other experts on this forum. While no they may not breed this year, they could next year. This year you can count on stress, illness, cannabalism... When one regurges which one will you treat? When one eats regularly and the other doesn't what will you (or I should say your Dad) do? Beyond the whole thing a ten gallon tank is too small for two snakes for very much longer. Then what will your Dad do and before your Dad can answer cornsnakes do get bigger then their tank.
