I think I will call him Steve

When I was a teenager I caught spiders in the garden and took care of them.
I enjoyed this very much, but over the last few years I haven't kept one spider.
Until yesterday.
I was watering the plants and saw a little jumper spider running from the drops.
He was too cute (see first 2 pictures), so I gently picked him up
and gave him a home.

I think I will call him Steve. :)

AWEEE..I know this is late news to me...but..STEVE is WICKED cute!

A dark cloud has come over this thread.. :(
When I checked on Steve, her appearance worried me.
So I opened her little tub to see if she was okay, but she wasn't okay..
Apparently her time had come.

.. I miss Steve ..

RIP Steve... I luffs you very muchly. Sending you purple shiney fluffy monsters to hold one of your many hands as you cross the bridge :)

What a shame :( Steve was a great littler girl. May the legacy of Steve be relived as millions of mini and grand-mini Steves populate the earth!

Dang, didn't see this.
C'est la vie, et la mort.
She lives on, I still always call small spideys Steves.
