Is this MySpace or CornSnakes

Boy look what I missed last night
Brent stomped his foot.
Elle was touched deep inside.
Robbie volunteered to do it again.
Dale admitted to being chaste and pure.

We’ll need a WIR just for this thread!!

WEEK in Review?? This thread grows so quickly, we need a flippin' DAY in Review!!

Oldies lecturing newbies is cliche

Eric you are new here. I have had a bad year with my breeding projects. That is why you don't know who I am. I have not bin on the boards for about 6 months except for a few forsale ads. I breed high end corns. I'm well known. Yes phone# and pic. I dont know about you But I like to know who I'm buying from . It is nice when I'm a vendor at the WP reptile expo and when someone walks up to me and says hey arent you vinman from cornsnakes.com. I just dont keep snakes as pets I breed them for a living . if you would have read the whole thread you would see why my phone#, location and pic in in my avitar. Maybe you being a newbe are into the social thing. Im not into it. To me the whole forum are people that I would help out in a heart beat. I dont need a list of friends to make me feel liked . I know I got some good friends on this stie.

I know I'm new here. I don't need a reminder.
Like I said, "I thought we were all on this forum because we WERE friends. But that's just me." But I am a "newbie" with an anonymous "avatar".
And I was addressing tricksterpup and diamondlil.
I did NOT join this forum to be dressed-down by long-term, multi-post, multi-point members with a chip on their shoulder and a compulsion for lecturing junior members.
There are plenty of sites to go to to be lambasted by long-term members, marking their territory and fortifying their esteem by attacking newbies. Which is lame, unkind, classless, and garners neither respect nor friendship. A donkey can be a donkey, 6 years longer than me. That only makes the donkey an older more established donkey.
And breeding-snakes/genetically-engineering-unnatural-morphs is neither rocket science nor recognized as legitimate as a Pure Science by universities and professors across the land.
So no lectures please.

For the record, herpetology (as it relates to taxonomy, ecology, conservation, etc.) is not rocket science, either. Now, the study of propulsion systems - THAT could be construed as rocket science. Maybe a study looking at the effects of high-G maneuvers and weightlessness on reptiles might be construed by some as at least a a sister study area to rocket science (I wouldn't, but I would not argue with someone that would), but general herpetology isn't related to rocket science, either. Maybe someone has looked at the effect of rocket fuel spills on reptiles, but I doubt it. I just don't see rocket science and herpetoculture ever being very related (except via xenobiology maybe), so this analogy isn't going to hold much water with me. Shall we say the payload is to great for the comparison to get my beliefs off the ground and into orbit? :-offtopic

Not a rocket scientist

I never claimed to be a rocket scientist.
Simply defending my newbiehood, and addressing the attack by the Vinman, to the Vinman.
Which only seems to attract more donkeys.:-offtopic

Thank you

I see you've already been to the Fauna BOI. :grin01:

Dale
Thank you, sir. I'm just another newbie obviously being mob-lynched. Which is off-topic and inappropriate. Not thrilled about the friend thing, but it's better than mob-beating newbies. Would be glad to have you as a friend.

May I say welcome to the forum and I hope you enjoy your time here.
hope you enjoy the forum as much as the rest of us do.

Thank you very much

Now you, and people like you are precisely why I joined this forum. Thank you very much. Sincerely.
Can we talk cornsnakes now?

Seriously. :)

No. There will be absolutely no discussion about cornsnakes in this thread. It's off-topic...:eatsmiley

Vetusvates...don't let people get you down. It happens. People get riled up and spout off about things, and while it may very well appear as an attack...it usually isn't meant as such. Every post I have seen you make has impressed me with your humility and intelligence, regardless of your status as a "newbie".

I'd be proud to be your friend...real-life or not. MySpace or Cornsnakes...you're OK in my book...

Thanks for making me laugh. About Cornsnakes actually being off-topic on this thread. And it all began just because tricksterpup made me laugh.
And wow. You should teach a course in Nice. Thanks for the compliment(s). I hope to continue to strive toward humility and intelligence. And learn from ALL of you here.
