Likely obstruction--paper towel

Hooray!!!!

What a great outcome for you and your little one, congrats! I was almost afraid to read to the end. It was like some bad thriller movie you don't want to see the end of. <smile> I'm very pleased for the both of you....

I'm hoping -

I read this thread today, and am very happy for you and the outcome for your little one. That is really wonderful news.

Thanks, all. I'm relieved too! I still have a little bit of anxiety surrounding the fact that she's only 11 grams and had a regurge, but I'm getting some nutribac from Kathy Love when she gets into town, and I'll take it really easy with her feedings and I'm sure she'll be fine. I just feel so mean that I haven't fed her yet! (I'm a bit like a "Jewish mother" (no offense to anyone there) when it comes to feeding things.)

I've been following this thread for days and what a great outcome!
Congrats and well done on the little one! I hope she thrives for you and now you can concentrate on your recovery. I hope it's a speedy one!!!

Best wishes

I would agree with everyone else in that it looks like a regurge. If it were a poop, it'd have brown parts and urates with it.

But I'm relieved to hear she passed it ok! I'd thought about her all weekend, hoping she passes it just fine.

So tell us, was she a Bounty or a Brawny kinda gal? ;)

Congrats on her bringing it back up successfully. I'm sure keeping it waterlogged helped as it tends to stick in place, otherwise.

Hope she recovers with no problems!

I think so. Plus, the metamucil stuff was a bit, hmm, slimy. Slimy is not quite the right word, but neither is gelatinous. Somewhere in between. And when the paper towel came back up, it was a little slimy, too. It had less friction than a regular wet paper towel.
