Metal in a mouse...My Poor Festivus

It was prolly a little egg that got on the bottom of his mouth while you were feeding him. It doesn't take much. I wouldn't worry about it.

I was late this morning, and I worried about him all day. But he actually seems a little more active tonight.

We tubefed Festivus last night, and I offered him water by holding him near his waterbowl. He refused.

Festivus died overnight......

Thank you, everyone, for all the ways you tried to help us.

OHH!!! Beth, I am so sorry to hear this, but don't beat your self up, you did more than is humanly possible to help your poor guy, Just think about that.
Marg.

I'm so sorry that he passed on. I have been watching this thread and really hoping that he would pull through everything. I can tell you really loved him and I give you my sympathy in the loss of a great snake.

Oh Beth, I'm so sorry. Festivus became so important to all of us and will live on in our memories. No animal could possibly ask for more love and comfort than you gave your beautiful boy. You have a wonderful heart, Beth.

I check this thread everyday to see how he is doing, and now I'm going to have a good cry. I'm so sorry Beth--that has got to be the hardest way to lose a pet. After struggling for so long, that is one snake who never doubted he was cared for.
Hugs and prayers for you and yours.
Sarah
