Let's go back to this one. It's also "Spinal Tap" by Spinal Tap--they actually did make a "black album"!

The album "Spinal Tap" didn't have that snake in the right bottom corner. I think

My bad--missed the snake. *However*, just as a side note, Spinal Tap's Black Album came out in 1984, so it's my opinion Metallica ripped off their idea, as theirs came out in 1991! JMO
 
Okay, a clue :)

Two out of the three band members went to the University of Indianapolis before becoming musicians, but they're not American.
