When you grab the mite treatment, post the type here and I can tell you how to adjust the dosage for a little guy like Nako.
 
Thanks As off Now the mites are off him with the first application. will be cleaning the cage and treating him 1 more time in 3 days
 
I would check him again in two weeks, and treat at least his viv, and then again two weeks from that.

I would keep the treatment up for a solid month, but widen the intervals that you treat.

I hope he keeps eating and starts to feel better soon!!
