BUTT, you didn't comment on being called Mr. MedusaCorns. I'm kinda disappointed in that. I figured you'd have something really good to come back with. I understand if you have to ask permission from the missus first. ;)

I caught that and ya know what, that ain't that bad?!?! :shrugs: I realized a long time ago, I don't wear the pants and as long as I remember that, everything is good! I mean, if you called me a Shirt Head or Late for Lunch, then I may have gotten a little :devil01:.

So, it's all good!

Okay, I'm looking at this week's games and am having a hard time with THESE games in particular...

NO @ Philly

Arizona @ Jacksonville

Pittsburgh @ Chicago (only because J. Cutler is an X-factor).

NY Giants @ Dallas

I am leaning toward NO because they put up a TON of points last week and D. McNabb got hurt (haven't heard if he's playing or not yet).

I'm leaning toward Jacksonville cause they're at home on the East Coast... and Arizona, while I want them to win, might be in deep kimchi facing a lackluster season.

I'm leaning towards Pittsburgh (blech) over Chicago 'cause they're the champs and I'm not sure about Cutler.

AND, I'm leaning towards Dallas 'cause they're at home and I WANT them to win... but I have to try to be objective here. LOL.

I'm in the same boat, with the exception of the Chi vs Pit game. I also think the SD vs Bal game is going to be iffy as well, though I'm going to say Bal!

Kevin Kolb has been taking all the first string snaps this week, and McNabb's official ruling is 'doubtful'. Garcia is listed as the emergency back-up behind Donovan, so just assume if you pick the Eagles it's with Kolb as the starter. I still picked Philly, but I may switch last second lol. Too tough to call...

Yeah... I don't know if I'd choose Philly if McNabb wasn't playing. MAYBE if Garcia was (I think he's pretty good), but I have my doubts if Kolb starts.

I just got through my initial picks, those were rough! I ended up with something like 4 underdog picks. It might change before tomorrow, there are a few picks I'm struggling with.

last week i went with upset picks and went 12-4 this week i'm going moreconservative. i only have a few road teams winning, HOPEFULLY, the cardinals is one of them

Same brain wave here. McNabb... yes! Garcia... maybe? Kolb... I doubt it! The Saints, in my opinion, will have more opportunities to score, and have proven to be efficient with their opportunities, through the air at least.

Well, here we go again. RICH, I remember my "ban" on calling games in the 4th... I WILL unsuccessfully try to adhere to that ban.

I can't believe that I had picked KC to beat Oakland (sorry, Suzy). I MIGHT change it back as right now, I think both teams are... lackluster (is that a good term to use?).

I did pick NO over Philly... since they're so wishy washy about McNabb playing or not... I don't want to have picked Philly if Kolb starts... NO WAY. BUT, I have relative confidence in Brees' passing attack in NO.

Gonna be some good games today, but I doubt that it'll be as "surprisingly non-surprising" as last week's nail-biter games. Good luck one and all!

I have NO over Philly. With McNabb suspect, NO defense should be able to play well enough to contain Philly so NO can put up some massive offense.

Can you believe that Brees is working on his 32nd 300 yards passing game today??? WHHAAATTT??? I STILL can't believe that SD let him go... although they aren't doing bad with Rivers.

Yeah, its pretty nuts. I think that its best for both teams. Rivers should be able to flourish in SD, even though their win was ugly last week, they should be contenders this year. They would have last year, but for a lot of bum luck at the end of games.

My other game... Baltimore vs. SD... SD beat up, but they've got Rivers... NO LT! I've currently got the Ravens picked... but reserve the right to change it in the next few minutes. LOL.

There are a few games that could go either way this week.

Now watch, all of this weeks games will be blowouts.

I have been flip flopping on the NO/Philly, SD/Balt and the Pitt/Chic games all week.

Pitt/Chic...really? I guess I'm just bitter because I started Cutler on my fantasy team last week and he got me something like -376 points.
