2 Browns players have been diagnosed with influenza A...guess I won't be picking them to win this week! :laugh:

Actually, you mean H1N1. H1N1 is actually a strain of A, and regular A isn't in season yet. So if you hear someone get diagnosed with A, its most likely H1N1.

You know, I really, REALLY disliked him as a player... and even more as a human being, but being talked about like this... LINK... has GOT to be devastating.

I never liked TO... even as a Cowboy. Dropped too many passes and made too much noise. But, can you imagine someone talking about YOU like this? :(

Yeah, look at those incredible Cowboys, now that they don't have the terrible distraction of Terrell Owens? He was absolutely labeled the reason for all of Dallas's ups and downs last year, then released as though it would somehow steer the team in the right direction.
Owens was blamed for the lack of equality in spreading the ball around, and I'm sure Witten and Romo had much to do with his releasing. So they preemptively brought in Roy Williams, the supposed great new replacement to T.O, even when he commanded such high trade value.
Now look! Can you really blame T.O now? Williams has been proven to be a trade bust. Witten isn't getting as many catches as he did last year, even though he actively sought the removal of T.O. And above all, Romo is finally shining through as the overrated QB he has always been, and he can no longer rely on the T.O excuse.

I think Terrell Owens has always been unfairly demonized, and personally attacked by the media, and NFL fans alike. He is certainly not the best team player, but he has always been a top WR in the league, at least in his prime. He has done nothing to deserve the extreme ridicule that some have placed on him, and I think some people are too quick to express their dislike of him.
What has he ever done that is really that bad? I'm not defending his previous displays of immaturity, but when compared to people who cheat, steal, rob, abuse, murder, etc... how has Terrell Owens compiled such a record of public disdain towards him.

I think he is slowly deteriorating as an on the field threat, but he has also shown much improvements, in my opinion, with his off the field effort and behavior.

Time to bump this one back to the front page!!!!

So what teams are going to be the up setters this week? I am thinking Minn, Atl, and Chicago based on the underdog ratings. I don't think those are really underdogs either.

Also 11 people have to finalize their picks!!!!

WEEK 7 is HERE!!! Don't forget to finalize your picks and get your tie-breaker scores in!!!

Great games of the week (IMO) -
Minn @ Pitt
Atlanta @ Dallas
Arizona @ NYG

I wonder if this is the end of Brett's (Minn's) winning streak,
If Dallas can put up a GOOD game,
and if AZ is tough enough to hang in and beat NYG... this should prove it.

GOOD LUCK EVERYONE!

Those are three of the games giving me problems!

I have flip flopped on the Dallas game several times. I still don't know if I think they will win or just want them to win! :p

That is 2 of the 3 I picked to be the hardest to choose. Dallas will suck as usual, Atlanta will run it down their throats, Giants will kill Arizona, and Farve will lead Minn on a late drive to win like usual. That's what I think and I am sticking to it!!!!

Danny and Lenny are the only ones that are still in the running and still picking that HAS NOT picked yet. They aren't on CS.com to see this either.

I wonder if anyone can call them. It would be a shame to have them fall a week off...

Where do you go to see that???

When you are at the pickem page you will see your name and the groups name. Click on cornballs and then you will see a line with yellow options. These are the options:
* Overview
* Group Picks
* Weekly Performance
* Message Board
* Members
* Settings

Click on group picks and you will see dashes for the picks until it is locked and blanks for the ones that haven't picked.

This is the way I keep up with who picked what and what teams have to win to get me ahead of someone in the standings.

This page is also updated as the day unfolds and you can see all of the above things I just stated. It really makes it more fun in my mind to watch and know what teams need to win to help get to the #1 spot.
