REMINDER!!!!! Get your WEEK 9 Pro Football picks in!!!! As Michael reminded us (thanks, Michael), all of Week 10's picks need to be in before the game starts on THURSDAY this week. Might as well get them done too!

I'll admit this week... that even with being tied for first on the line... I've made some picks with my heart (instead of objectively) this time. LOL. We'll see where that takes me. Hopefully, it'll do well enough to stay up there, but if not, hopefully it'll keep me within striking distance. :)

I just think that some of the games with my favorite teams (or most hated teams) in them, can go either way and this week, I just can't bring myself to pick against/for those teams. LOL.

Me too :(! Why did I pick Houston, that was just stupid. My brain was overthinking this one, and I should have stopped at... Colts - 7-0, at home!!! But no... I had to try to break it down, and it will serve me a big L.
I thought that with Marlin Jackson, Kelvin Haeden, and Bob sanders out (3 starting DB's), and starting line backer Tyjuan Hagler, that the #3 passing team would have a field day on Indy's D. Not to mention Ryan Moats (Hou RB) started last week, and came up with 225+yds rushing, so I really thought that Houston could outscore Indy... but, you live you learn.

Good luck Fred!!! I see that the HOU/IND game is the only one where we chose differently, so you will most likely be +1 to me by 4pm.

LOL. Well, if I gain from that game, I still might be even with you at the end of the day... Philly/Dallas. Philly had a great game last week... I'm just hoping that Dallas keeps things going and stretches their streak to 4 wins in a row!!!!

I guess I didn't realize you picked Dallas? I went with Philly, but that game could have gone either way for me, so I picked the home team. Dallas has played well as of late, which is definitely due to them finding their identity at WR. I just hope that Roy Williams little T.O outburst doesn't affect Romo's decision making, because Philly's got some depth at DB.

BTW, it's also looking not so bad for Houston *fingers crossed*!
 
Well, I'm watching the Cards game... and, since everyone picked NE to win, I'm hoping that Miami upsets them.

BTW, my phone just buzzed... Houston is now ahead of Indy.... GRRRRRRRRRRR!
 
WooHoo, looks like the Packers lose :dancer: I ddidn't pick TB to win...but anytime the Packers lose is a good day.

That was a pretty good game... I was kinda worried that they'd slump off at the end... but they won it and they did look good.

It was funny 'cause Al Michaels was saying something about Miles Austin NOT catching a pass... then he did for that all important go ahead TD... PERFECT!!! :D

Now, I just gotta have Denver win tonight!!! If they do, my 3 favs will have won this week (Dallas, Indy and Denver)..

NO ONE would have guessed TB over GB... Glad I didn't lose points TO anyone for that one! LOL.

Definitely looking forward to tonight's game. Should be a real good game. I think it gives Denver an opportunity to make a statement as to whether or not they're for real or if their start was a fluke.
