It is amazing how close but yet how far away the 23rd is huh?!? I keep looking at the calender like it is magically going to be next week already.
 
I am incubating at 82-84 degrees and the 2nd starting pipping at 2:00pm and the other eggs are soon to follow as they are very soft and dimpling.
 
ok..not too sound redundant...but..8 eggs plumped up..1 did not. It's still dimpled. There is a living baby in there..seen it move. Tomorrow makes 8 dayys since they all dimpled. The eggs awere layed days apart...remember? The 8 that plumped up..seem taught...but soft. To much moisture? 93% humidity constant. Yeah..now i'm getting nervous...whew! Ok..7 more days? Everyone ok with that? Lol
 
well this thread is so active i have to keep checking in all the time, expecting it to say you have pippies. i'm almost more excited about yours than about mine! my first clutch is NEARLY done hatching but they're definitely taking their time...6 days since the first pip and the last egg isn't even slit yet! it's funny i'm getting a pair a day, a red snakie and a gray snakie.
 
I think it is going to be Saturday. So no a week doesn't work for me and I am going to feel really really bad if mine pip before yours. You are going to see a thread title I AM SO SORRY RICH! and know what happened.
 
5:30am...No pippies. will check again at noon..then at 5:30. I had hoped at some point i would have lost a little interest in this guys so the wait wouldnt seem so long....doesnt look like thats gonna happen! :)

I completely agree...I kind of expect to lose some interest in the frustration of keeping finding NO pippies, or with my first clutch, a very predictable 2 noses a day, but I can't help but check every few hours. Even having some babies out already doesn't help! I keep checking them too! Are you blue yet? Did you shed yet? Are you friendly? Are you yadda yadda yadda.

Definitely hoping my second clutch (day 59!) hatches this weekend and does it the way they're supposed to where you have lots of noses at the same time!
 
Rich, I just picked up OT tomorrow and Sunday from 7-3 both days. I'm hoping that will encourage mine to hatch! I'm saved from a whole weekend of hovering. And I have to take mine out and open the boxes, not just look through the door. Much more invasive.

OT is no stranger to me...Just got home...it's 7:22pm! :) Checked...nope no pippies....Working a half day tomorrow....so that mean early to bed....and half a day for mine to Pip! :) As far as the invasive part...I was airing mine out once every 5-6 days at first...now it seem's i'm doing it more often...everything looks good...temps are steady humidity is great...eggs look like eggs, :) Somewhat soft to the touch (light..very light touch). Again, i'm betting on the 22nd or 23rd.
