First hook-ups for me!!

Rich, you march in there soon as you can, wag yer finger at the incubator and tell them their Aunt Katherine will come out there if they don't hatch! LOL I wish but who knows might work HA HA HA!

Geeze I can not imagine having to move with eggs so close to hatching, do they have any idea that a move could disturb them thus putting them at risk? Please keep us posted!

Wow! Im sooo sorry :( I hope you soon get settled into your new home & that everything goes ok for you, your snakes & the eggs. I'll b watching the post as always & checking in to see how things are going.

O mercy, im sorry that you have to find some where else to live.. ugh well i hope everything goes smooth for you and your snakes!

ill be waiting here for your updates =]

Because of the risk of killing or harming the eggs, i'd tell the person making you move that it would be animal cruelty to move the eggs before they hatch. If they want to argue it, remind them that it's a criminal offense to intentionally harm or kill animals (especially pets), and that you'd be more than willing to summon an officer to talk with them about it.

That would give you at least until the eggs are all hatched to figure out your move and settling down. that and shouldn't you have had some form of warning 2 months in advance that you'd need to move?

snakes are fine..eggs..we'll see. Packed incubator with loose paper aroung egg container, put incubator in front seat..drove real sllow..at moms house...lol....apt. Hunting tomorrrow

Oh good. I would imagine that it would be better to move them this late in the game.

That's what I would think too...they're probably already so developed that maybe you could almost treat them like a hatchling? and sounds like it was a short-distance move, so i'm sure they'll be fine. maybe it will stimulate them to hatch!

22 yrs...2 women....same result. Thats it...no more! No need to worrrry guys..i'm doing all i can...she said i can post pics via her computer when/if they hatch...typeing this on phone. Will keep giving updates.

day 61....havent checked....they hadnt pipped by 10:00pm last night. Will check after work. If i get my blizzards, i'll keep'em..if not..they all go to the local petstore(ugh!). Currently...9 new mouths would be to much to deal with for more than a month or so. Going it alone from here on out. So i dont have to "ok" anything with anyone else.

nanci..everyone...thanks for your comment/thoughts..but dont feel for me..i'll be fine...it's the snakes & hatchlings that dont deserve this. It sickens me. To have planned this event for 3 yrs...everybody was ware of what was happening...then..when the eggs were laid..i became a stranger to tthe one who loved me for 11 yrs. If nothing else..let this be a lesson to all would be breeders. Make sure your mate backs you 100%..if not..there will be trouble.
