they taste alright but not as good as those smaller fish when they get that big meat tends to be a lil mushy and have a lil different taste than the firm meat lil guys
 
the Meat is only tuff if you eat it right away the muscles are still tense wait a day or 2 and they relax very good white meat not to fishy if you cut out the dark meat it's my favorite fish grill it bake it why ever you want it's all good
 
I'm Maltese and we eat shark if it is tuff I think you are cooking or preparing it wrong.

We make a dish with dogfish. It is a shark with a big spike next to the dorsal fin. We cut it into stakes almost 2 inch thick and bread it in flour. Then fry it slowly in a frying pan with a little olive oil. Then we put it in tomato sauce with cappers and some red wine vinegar. You can refrigerate it or leave it at room temps . It is best eaten when it is at room temp but some like it cold. If you reheat it then let it cool down till slightly warm. The meat is so tender it fall off the Cartilage. They dont have bones.

Meh... The one with me holding a bull is 5 years old and the one with all the corns is 6 years old. Time for a new photo op with the snakes i think?

well I made my username 5 years ago =/. Kuzco is the name of my first snake and most other have been named from that show =)
 
If you post a picture here, and someone compliments you- that is not a reason to report the post. Post a picture- expect comments. Helllooooooooooo!!!!
