Wow off the meds again? Seriously, no joking around here but I really think you need to go to the doctor and talk about your issues and meds. This is coming from someone who takes her meds everyday.

I was going to say something about me being a Veteran, and having actually earned my VA benefits, and that the man that you think will "save the world" has stated in the past that he wants to do away with the VA benefits that I have earned with my sweat, blood, and mental health.

But, you cersploded into stupidity and got yourself banned. Good luck in your mooching way of life. People like you are truly the reason that our country is headed to hell in a hand basket. Have fun in Obamaland, I hear they have cookies.
 
So the Twinkie situation. Everyone is all pissed about the poor union workers who are being deprived, their benefits taken away, their wages cut. Um, Hostess was reorganizing, trying to avoid bankruptcy. What you don't hear from our oh-so-biased news media is that they were offered a 25% share of the company!! The Teamsters agreed but the Bakers just couldn't be happy with that! Well, now you have 1800 people out of work because the company can't make it work. Could it be because on one hand, government wants to tell us what we can and cannot eat, and Twinkies are evil, but OTOH all praise the labor unions- even if it isn't fiscally sustainable.
 
Nanci, I think it is a little bit of both. Where was the bailout for Hostess?
I think they were making something like 45bucks an hour. I haven't confirmed that yet. But OMG if they were and they were complaining?

I was going to mention this.
The baker's union apparently would prefer being jobless over making a concession. Fact is, when it is no longer profitable to run a company, that company and alllllll the jobs that go with it will disappear.
I feel sorry for the workers that made concessions and tried to make it work, but I don't feel sorry for the baker's union at all. Not one tiddley bit. They got what they deserved and I hope they are happy with the outcome.

As far as Holly going nuts and getting banned...well she didn't really fit in here anyway. I won't miss her.
 
The whole Hostess situation is proof the world is coming to and end. DO YOU ALL SEE IT NOW? lol
