Chargers are going to smoke the Raiders! Oakland is a desolate environment where talent goes to die, and I really don't see any way they can win.
Goodness. Rick, "You go on quoting regulations!" I'll try to remember NOT to call a game too soon from now on...
That is an important lesson, my young apprentice!
Wow... I almost forgot that it was a double-header!!!
How many think the Raiders have ANY chance?
:roflmao:
Go Chargers!

Who knows??
No one even thought the Bills would be competitive against the Pats.
BUT, do you know where my quote comes from? Bet ya don't! LOL.

YES, it would! Do we have a "nerdy winner"? LOL.it would make me look nerdy, yes?
where are they playing? I don't see the baseball diamond/football field very much anymore. Is that the home teams normal field?
I actually feel bad for McKelvin. Part of me thinks it wasn't by choice he took it out, and that he was actually instructed to do so. There was 2:06 left on the clock, and I'm sure the coaches told him to run it past the 2 minute warning to bypass an extra clock-stoppage. You could see him start to kneel in the end zone, and when he fumbled he was headed for the turf. I blame the fumble more on the coaching staff for being greedy, and not trusting of their offense.:50 to go. I took the Pats, but I was pumped to see Buffalo getting ready to beat them.
How do you not take a knee in the end zone with 2 minutes to victory!!!
Totally agree!. They were like sharks in bloody water when that fumble occurred, and once they recovered it I knew it was over. Brady was amazing, and I hear you on Watson, but he does have an uncanny ability to redeem himself. Their defense is suspect, but they'll get there as the season progresses. Great game, and I'm hoping the Chargers can manage to eek out a win now against Oakland. Go Powder Blues!.The end of the game only showed that Brady and the rest of the team, still has what it takes to make plays. Ben Watson, still drives me nuts, with the dropped passes. He is still a play maker, when he is needed. Wes Welker and Randy Moss, are the two guys, who will continue to dominate the NFL, as receivers.
I really think, that once the Patriots offense, begins to click, a lot of the teams in the NFL are in trouble! This season is looking very promising.
Dude!! Don't forget about this Saturday!!Woohoo! Raider Nation! I didn't pick my team this round, but will gladly take the hit to see them win this one!
