I agre that you should disagree that you should disagree about agreeing to disagree on tthe thread of disagreement!

He did start this thread but then others chose to add thoughts to it that turned it into something I'm sure David never envisioned when he started it

Oh MY GOD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! People this thread has gotton so frggin obnoxious! Lets all agree to disagree

I believe we alll alreadya agree that we disagree. I don't think a formal motion is needed.....lol.

Nanci's linked videos remind me of the old SNL skit where Pror is applying for a job from Chase. THAT, when put into the context of America at the time, is one of the funniest things I've seen. Ahhh, back when would could still laugh out ourselves and out stupid mistakes!

And Mike, after in-depth personal observation and study of my own, I have concluded that you GSC guys really aren't all that bad after all. And I say that with humor and manly affection, no condescension whatsoever.

Easy on the manly affection there Eric. Just kidding, Ill share a beer with you and KJ if I ever make it to the BR area.

There are all sorts of social groups. The guys in the GSC one can go there and vent in privacy. Nothing wrong with that.

We don't vent in there, actually all we do is make fun of each other and talk about how to train dogs the right way. LOL

I just would have liked to see Al Qaeda written in red!.

And I would like to see Obama's name in red more often on this board.

Oh MY GOD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! People this thread has gotton so frggin obnoxious! Lets all agree to disagree

:crying: Even though you started the thread, you still have the ability to not click on it. :sobstory:

Actually on second thought, you can have a beer, KJ will have a cherry DP, and I will take a Bourbon and Diet Coke.

Funny you mentioned that. After Ricky or Micheal made that post, I realized how perfect it would be to always right his name in red since he's supporting so many communist-like policies. Like I said, I hate him because he is read. I'm the one too dumb for not thinking of doing that before. Duh.

Speaking of which, I believe this post is a relevant one to bring up at this point in the conversation: http://www.cornsnakes.com/forums/attachment.php?attachmentid=104976&d=1242360337

That's only because IF I did drink, I would order something fruity with an umbrella or something in it. And, let's face it, I'm just not confident enough to do that. At only 5'8" (on a good day!), I just need to work on the "tough" look more......lol.

"Honky!"......"Honky Honky!!"........."DEAD Honky!!" :roflmao:

I can't watch the link now (at work), but thank you if it is that entire scene. I've always wanted it available to be watched when I needed a laugh. I hadn't checked hulu yet, though. Thank you.

It even starts off funny.
"Dog"
"Tree"

The Dead Honky part just about made me die laughing, though. Still does.

"You'll be the best paid janitor in America. Why not start off with a 2 week vacation?"

Yep. Let fear kill the freedom of speech. Is that what you are kinda suggesting? I suspect the administration supports that idea. Not being vocal shows how much you DO fear them, and then they win whether they were playing the game or not.

Oh, and what is scary to me is that the people that were being vocal about a revolution have shut up. The people who weren't are now vocal. It seems like the ones that were vocal are sitting back and thinking, "No doubt it is coming now - I'll just wait." the ones that WERE vocal but aren't now are the ones that should scare the federal LEO. Really. Us vocal ones seem to just be on the level of talk-only. The ones that stopped might be the ones planning and preparing. I'm vocal, so I'm not in that group.....lol.....BUT I do wonder what they are doing now that they've seemed to disappear.....
The freedom of speech is an ideal that the UK has been built on, I was suggesting the fear of stupidity.... To incite racial hatred or to try and kill the prez or to discus the uprising and how to bury weapons for later use could attract attention from those people you don't want pulling strings in the background..... And putting a nice blue winky face behind it, does not hide it in some kind of code......
And believe me, no matter how many weapons you bury, it will be like bows and arrows against the lightning if the authorities decide to unleash some hurt on you.....

Oh MY GOD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! People this thread has gotton so frggin obnoxious! Lets all agree to disagree
No.... You should read and digest.... You started it, now learn something from it.

Whats wrong with that.....
Here's me on a day out with my drinking buddies.

Will you be doing this at the White House?

(I have a cherry DP the other day. It tasted the same as regular DP).

We will call it the Beer/DP/Bourbon& DC summit. Brilliant, we will fix and end racism with one drink. :)

But the foam IS pinkish! I only really drink the diet now, so I JUST got a chance to try the diet cherry doctor pepper. It was different, but not THAT different. However, that isn't the drink I wanted. When I say Cherry Dr. Pepper, I mean cherry syrup ADDED to regular (diet) Dr. Pepper. Like at Sonic. I'm a nut for cherry flavor and cherries. Always have been...except for that time my great-grandmother made an obscene joke about it at my 15-year old self's expense.

Excuse me for getting serious for a second, but is "her" the politically correct term such a character? Personally, I'd always have used the biologically-correct term and not the gender-correct term. (I'd never use the dress-correct term since so many women wear men's clothes who are not considered transvestites and are both female in terms of biological and gender.)
I would say it depends on what the individual would like to be called, and even when they would like to be called it. There is a man in town who often dresses entirely in woman's clothing some days, and dressed in man's clothing others. He was in the store where my mother works one day, dressed in woman's clothing, and my mother said "have a nice day sir... I mean mam", and feeling very embarrassed that she might have come across as rude. The guy smiled, and said "I like that", and seemed pleased, while other days he would carry himself as a man, and would prefer to be addressed as sir.

Micheal and ESPECIALLY Ricky are just the boy that screamed wolf too many times. ANYTHING that is said against Obama is racist. It I said, "I don't like that he is pushing health care" they reply along the lines of, "You just say that because he doesn't LOOK the part." Boy who yelled, "wolf!"
Whatever KJUN. Go ahead and throw me under the bus even more, when you can just check my posts and see that is not the case. "Oh I respect your opinion, it's honest. But there's... well, their opinions are just the boy crying wolf. At least be honest with yourself and say you have a personal problem with us, because nothing in this thread was crying wolf, and wasn't any more against the grain than any other post.

It seems like the ones that were vocal are sitting back and thinking, "No doubt it is coming now - I'll just wait." the ones that WERE vocal but aren't now are the ones that should scare the federal LEO. I'm not buying it. The ones that are now quiet, are the ones that realize their demonstrations were built on fear mongering and hate speech, and now they have no choice but to take a back seat.
And the vocal ones are just being more vocal now because they're opportunistic, and find it the best time to speak up.

My argument wasn't over how Susan meant it - my argument was over if the word itself was "bad." If she would have said "we might have the lynch Palen," this argument would have never started in reference to the race aspect.
That's because "lynch" wouldn't have been a likely term used on Palin, especially seeing the anti Palin folks aren't nearly as filled with hate and violent threats as the anti Obama folks.
I think a term used for Palin running this country into the ground might have been field dressing rather than lynching ;)!

I can respect that you found it offensive. I just don't think we have a right to not be offended (like the spade comment). That's all. ;)
Enough of the spade comment diversion. I clearly knew no other meaning, and you never brought it up in the original thread, or to the many others that have used it before too.
